Terms and Conditions (T&C) of PAYORA GROUP LTD
1. Scope of Application
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the use of services provided by PAYORA GROUP LTD, based in Liechtenstein, through its brand “Trading IQ.”
1.2 These T&C apply to all contracts concluded between PAYORA GROUP LTD and its customers (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) through the Trading IQ platform as part of a subscription model.
2. Description of Services
2.1 PAYORA GROUP LTD, through its Trading IQ brand, provides access to trading indicators and analyses that serve as tools to support Users’ trading activities.
2.2 The services offered include access to indicators, analysis tools, and, if applicable, additional support information available as part of a monthly or yearly subscription.
2.3 The exact scope of services is determined by the respective offer descriptions on the Trading IQ website.
3. Registration and Contract Conclusion
3.1 Use of the services requires registration on the Trading IQ platform. The contract is concluded when PAYORA GROUP LTD confirms the registration and accepts the subscription offer.
3.2 Registration and use of services are only permitted for individuals of legal age and full legal capacity.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 The User enters into a subscription that is renewed monthly or annually unless canceled.
4.2 The subscription fees are payable in advance for the selected subscription period (monthly or yearly).
4.3 The subscription fees are based on the prices listed on the website at the time of contract conclusion. PAYORA GROUP LTD reserves the right to adjust subscription prices. Users will be notified of price changes in advance, which will take effect in the next renewal period.
5. Liability and Disclaimer
5.1 PAYORA GROUP LTD assumes no liability for any decisions the User makes based on the provided information. The use of indicators and analyses is at the User’s own risk.
5.2 PAYORA GROUP LTD is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for simple negligence is excluded to the extent legally permissible.
5.3 PAYORA GROUP LTD makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the provided indicators and analyses.
6. Subscription Termination
6.1 The User may terminate their subscription at any time without notice.
6.2 Termination can be done either through the Stripe dashboard or by email to PAYORA GROUP LTD.
6.3 No refund of subscription fees for the current period will be provided upon termination.
7. Data Protection
7.1 PAYORA GROUP LTD is committed to protecting the User’s personal data in accordance with applicable Liechtenstein data protection laws.

8. Changes to the T&C
8.1 PAYORA GROUP LTD reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Users will be notified of any changes in advance.
8.2 If the User does not object to the changes within 14 days of notification, the amended T&C are considered accepted.
9. Final Provisions
9.1 Liechtenstein law applies to all legal relationships between PAYORA GROUP LTD and the User.
9.2 The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of PAYORA GROUP LTD in Liechtenstein.
